You Didn’t Plan to Lose Yourself
Life got heavy.
The pressure built.
And somewhere along the way, you may have started showing up differently than the father you wanted to be.
Not because you don’t care.
But because pressure changes a man when he carries it alone.
Still Here coaching is for fathers who want to come back to presence, reconnect with what matters, and become the steady leader their children need.
When Pressure Starts Changing How You Show Up
You may still be working hard.
Still providing.
Still showing up physically.
But inside, something feels different.
You feel more anxious. More distracted. Less patient. Less present. And even when you are with your kids, part of you feels somewhere else.
This is not about being a bad father.
This is about recognizing what pressure, stress, pain, and survival mode can do to a man, and choosing not to stay there.
Why I Do This Work
There was a moment in my life where everything changed.
What I thought I had built… shifted.
What I thought I understood… didn’t hold.
And without realizing it, I started losing something I didn’t think I could lose,
Myself.
That season forced me to look at how pressure was affecting me…
and how that was showing up at home.
This is what led me to write Still Here.
Not as a perfect story.
But as an honest one.
Because I know what it feels like to carry pressure, question who you are, and realize you’re not showing up the way you want to with the people who matter most.
And I know what it takes to come back.
That’s what this work is built on.
The Process: From Pressure to Presence
This work isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level advice.
It’s about walking through a real process of recognizing what’s happened, rebuilding who you are, and returning to what matters.
Everything we do together follows a simple path:
The Pressure
We identify what you’ve been carrying and how it’s been affecting you.
The Fracture
We face the internal conflict, disconnection, and patterns that have developed.
The Return
We rebuild your identity, strengthen your presence, and help you lead your home differently.
This is not about becoming perfect.
It’s about becoming aware, intentional, and present again.
The Fatherhood Intensive
This is a 3-month coaching experience for fathers who are ready to take an honest look at where they are… and do the work to return to who they are meant to be.
Over 12 weeks, we work together through real conversations, guided reflection, and practical application to help you:
Understand how pressure has been affecting you
Rebuild confidence in who you are as a man and father
Become more present in your daily life
Strengthen your relationship with your children
Create a clear path for how you want to show up moving forward
You’ll have:
Weekly 1:1 coaching calls
Ongoing support between sessions
Guided exercises and lessons each week
This is not a program you watch.
It’s a process you move through.
